Under the Big Top
Renting a deco-crate is easy!
1. Click on the crate you want to rent for you next big event
2. Add your perfect set up (Do you want a backdrop, or us to set it up for you?)
3. Pay the Deposit!
Once you have completed your purchase you will be contacted by a Deco-crate team member within 24 hours for an event consultation.
Rental, Returns and Deposits
Crate rentals are typically a 24 hour window agreed upon by you and your Event Designer. All Crates are picked up or delivered depending on your preference and require a deposit to hold your Crate date, this deposit is non-refundable for cancellation but will be returned to you once inventory has been completed upon crates return to Dec-Crate LLC.
Inside your crate will be special instructions for your returning of each magical crate- simply follow those and have your crate ready for pickup at the designated time you have scheduled with one of our event designers!
Shipping is possible, but not encouraged at this time we work out of the Gilbert/Mesa Area. Reach out to one of our event designers to discuss the details!
